Captain Cymru’s November Challenge

Captain Cymru (aka Matthew Evans) has organised the November Challenge which will run from Friday 30th October to Saturday 28th November

The Chalenge has been designed to promote healthier life styles by committing to running / walking a mile a day.

Option 1 is the 30 day i mile challenge. designed to get people out into the fresh air and walk a mile a day for thirty days.

Option 2 is the Extra Mile Challenge which is designed to test everyone to see how far they can actually go! Run 1 mile a day then two miles on the second day and so on. Each day’s run can be done over a 24 hour period.

The final day will be on Saturday 28th November and runners will finish up on the harbour at Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. All runners will be presented with a medal.

Captain Cymru will be presenting a cheque to Mrs Helen Hobrough, Chair of the Group. Other members of the Group will be in attendance to welcome the runners home and to thank them for their superb efforts in raising funds for our Group. (Let’s hope the weather will be kind to us!! I am sure the Captain can arrange it. He is infallible !!)

Come along and join us on Saturday afternoon.
